The risk of unregulated hayrides

People often complain about too much government regulation. Many activities sometimes seem to be regulated to the point where there is not much enjoyment left. Did a deer trigger the deadly crash of a New Jersey teacher?

You can never be too careful. Perhaps that is the lesson the death of a middle school teacher in New Jersey can teach us all. Police investigating the deadly crash have suggested that the accident may have been caused by a deer. The surrounding countryside near Newton provides a great environment for deer. Wal-Mart asserts Morgan's injuries his own fault

Wal-Mart filed a response in the lawsuit involving former-SNL comedian Tracy Morgan, who was seriously injured in a truck accident on the New Jersey Turnpike in June, when a Wal-Mart tractor-trailer slammed into the rear of his limousine. The crash killed Morgan's friend and fellow comedian James McNair, and injured other passengers in the limousine.

New Jersey motorcycle accidents can affect a community

As the crisp fall weather and beautiful foliage begin to emerge, bikers are out in force to enjoy the roadways, increasing the risk of motorcycle accidents. A New Jersey woman recently lost her life after being involved in a fatal accident that involved her motorcycle and two cars. Reports indicate that the woman worked as a veterinary technician and was respected and loved by many people in her community. Motorcycle accidents can result in tragedy and leave family, friends and neighbors to mourn their loss.
